Shipping Policy

All goods are shipped to you FREE of charge via a reputable express air courier service.

Depending on the destination the carrier may be Brinks, FedEx, UPS, Australia Post International Express or similar reputable express courier service servicing your area.

All goods shipped are insured against loss or damage while in transit.

You or a recipient authorized by you must sign for all orders on delivery and goods will not be delivered to a Post Office box.

Delivery of all items is guaranteed except where the address supplied to Diamonds Majestic is incorrect or incomplete, in which case you will be liable for the purchase price and the shipping cost of the order.

Orders delivered outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the recipient country's government. All additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by you. We have no control over these charges.

In the case of USA the import duty is determined by the US Customs Office. As a guide allow 5-7% for US import duties on jewelery items.

Diamonds Majestic guarantees the quality of all gems and precious metals and the workmanship of all jewelery items.

All diamonds will have internationally recognized grading certificates from one of the worlds leading independent diamond certifiers, GIA (USA), HRD (Dutch) or DCLA (South African) and all other gems and precious metals will be certified by an internationally recognized grading and manufacturers certificate.

In the unlikely event that your jewelery is found to be faulty or defective in any way or if there is any misinformation in the certification specifications supplied to you, simply return the jewelery to us within 90 days and we will promptly refund the purchase price.

Any goods returned must be fully insured and shipped by a reputable first class courier service with the shipping and insurance cost prepaid by you. All goods must be received by us in original, new and unused condition with original packaging and invoice within 90 days of receipt by you. Note that all first class courier services have a reliable and dependable tracking and delivery system.
